Lukoil review: Rip off

I went to the Lukoil gas station on 100 E Kings Hwy, Maple Shade, NJ 08052 between 6pm and 7pm June 18. I told the gentleman there I wanted to pump $14 regular gas in the car and he tried to charge me $40.

I turned back and saw that the pump was over $35 before I jumped out my car to stop the pump. I asked the cashier inside for a refund but she said they do not do refunds. This was a lie as you will see later. She then accused me of lying. I had a witness who also confirmed I requested $14 gas.

The whole experience was horrible. She called the owner who then told me I was not telling the truth and I in fact asked for $40 gas because thats what the employee said I asked for. He then proceeded to tell me if I didn't want the gas, they would call a mechanic to pump out the gas from my car so they can have the $20 they over charged me! (So now they can provide refunds). That was ridiculous! Obviously I dont care about the extra gas because I didnt ask for it to begin with! I had an appointment that I missed because of this nonsense and I wasn't going to wait for a mechanic to rectify their mistake.

Customer service is disgusting and at a very low degree here.

"Bob" the owner was very rude and disrespectful. I have never experienced this before at any gas station ever. Management needs to do better. After reading some reviews I saw that some people was dissatisfied with the customer service here and have been ripped off the same exact way. I should have looked at the reviews before. I don't think I would ever pump my gas at this location or any Lukoil company again.
