I agreed to a one time fee, to appear on amazon alexa for my small business. This company is charging me 199.00 monthly which I never agreed on. I am contacting my bank to dispute this. I called thinking this was an error on the companies behalf. I was told that a ticket had to be put in and someone will be in touch with me. No one gets back to me. I really wish I would of looked this company up prior to giving them my card information. The initial one time fee service that I purchased has not yet even been completed.

This company represented themselves as Amazon and scammed us out of $395.00 ! They said they would add our business to Amazon services and their not even affiliated with them. After signing up I realized I was not getting any calls from Amazon and after doing some further research I realized I was scammed. I already complained to the BBB and will also contact NJ in regards to their scam. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

I was contacted on October 22 and told I could be set up as a seller of my photography services. Lots of being told it will be weeks, just wait. I logged in to the Amazon Seller account and it says Amazon does not even offer photography services as an option. I also called Amazon directly and they told me Loyal 9 is a scam.
So I contacted Loyal 9 and asked for a refund. I was told to contact my bank and call right back. I called back in under 5 minutes and the during their listed open hours, but this time it went straight to voicemail.
This company lies and scams you out of your hard earned money.

Loyal9 Scam
This company have a call center and employees stating they are from google in other words trying to sell you a service that google offers as free business listing.
They start telling you that you wont receive the verification code from google unless you pay $230.00.
This is a total rip off, but unfortunately they are out there already ripping people that dont know anything about google, hopefully someone will stop this people.

I received a marketing call from a marketing rep claiming to be from google. However that is not the case the company is loyal 9 and are no part of google. I thought I was dealing with google when I chose to do business with them only to find out when my credit card was charged it was from a company other then google named loyal 9. At the very least they use deceptive practices in order to make you think you think they are google. I have filed fraud with my credit card company, however these folks nee to be spanked hard. I have done some research on the web and I see that others have filed complaints in the past. Google needs to take legal action against loyal 9 for using their name.

I worked with the company Loyal 9. They promised that the whole deal would cost me about $200, but after I paid them this sum, the rep started to ask more and more. It was real scam, but I couldn’t stop it, ‘coz I needed something from them. In result, I haven’t received what I wanted and they took large sum from me. The worst company ever, so avoid these ### and post comments about your experience with them.
