Tried to cancel bc can't afford it and I was going on an over seas trip, I got promotional offer that I took for a reduced price but have since been getting double charged both 8 and 16 dollars every month.

I feel tricked. I barely even use the site only subscribed to read an article on 764 that I did an interview with clara for a year ago. It felt weird to have to subscribe to read an article I gave information for but this is now totally egregious imo.

Desired outcome: Refund and full cancelation from when I first tried to cancel.
