Loot Crate — non responsive behaviour and lack of service
As a collector of all things Firefly related I signed up to the Firefly Loot create when it first started.
The first year I experienced some details but this year 2 crates weren't sent out and no explanation or tracking provided regarding deliveries. Requested info recently and chased for 2 month but apart from providing a refund for missed loot crate there is no other service or compensation offered. Request for management and in-depth complaint has been constantly ignored. Seems like a small thing but for a collector, this has bought on a high level of stress.
