I can see why this business is not BBB Accredited. DO NOT USE THEM. We purchased a mattress from Victoria, BC to be delivered to Salmon Arm, BC. They have had it for 14 days. They accepted the delivery although they apparently do not deliver to our location. It has read out for delivery a couple times only to be returned to Kamloops. Instead of returning it to the shipper, they have held it despite numerous calls to customer service who said shipping would contact us… they never did. I requested a call from a manager… did not call. We managed to get a number to call and the man was rude and unhelpful. We were told to change our address… to what? They should not accept a package if they do not deliver to the area. If there is an issue, they should find a solution, not just sit on the package and ignore calls from customer to try to rectify the situation. Even if they deliver to your area, do not use them as when an issue does arise, they do not care one bit about it.

Recommendation: DO NOT USE LOOMIS
