I'm wondering if you can help me please.
I ordered some bits for a birthday present back in Nov and royal mail delivered and left the parcel in my recycling by the time I got the email and found out where it had been delivered to my recycling had been collected.
I msg look fantastic to try sort this out and have been greated with back and forth messages for a month! They then decided they were going to replace all items but I had already gone out and purchased other items for my friends girls birthday.
Anyway look fantastic said I could send the items back to get a refund.
I did just that by special signed delivery at an extra cost of 16 pound.
They are now saying that one of the items has arrived broken and another item missing.
There can be no way unless someone in royal mail has used a stanley blade as I wrapped the items in a packaged box and sealed with brown parcel tape to the point you would have needed something sharp to open it .
The parcel was weighed at the post office and sent on it's way.
Now the cost is 208 which is alot of money and considering I'm already out of pocket I just want look fantastic to take some blame as if they had not used royal mail and the original order has not been left in my recycling none of this would of happened!
I've never in my life been so stressed with back and forth msg since around the 24/11/23
I've been using look fantastic for a good few years and this is just absolutely disgusting how I'm been treated for someone elses mistake.
Can you please look into all my msg and please give me a way of sorting this out and myself getting a full refund.

Hi there I’m not to sure who I need to contact regarding a complaint, it seem impossible for anyone to understand!
I recently made and order and it never showed up, I had to seek products else where as I was going away and need the goods, I got intouch with look fantasict and requested a refund due to having to spend the money a second time, I was told that this was possible and was left at that. A few days went by and I hadn’t got my refund, I was then at airport when my neighbour told me my parcel had been delivered, I again got intouch with look fantasic who had told me I wasnt getting a refund and instead they sent out the goods which was not helpful as I’m out of the country till November and won’t be able to return the goods and very much out of pocket, no one seems to be listening and I’m getting no where! Can someone help please, I can not afford to be out of pocket by £90!
