I recently purchased the SmoothSkin Pure IPL Spot & Hair Removal Device from CurrentBody.com and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, I was excited to take advantage of the Black Friday deal and use the discount code HFSSPURE to get the device for $225. However, when I tried to apply the code at checkout, I kept getting an error message saying that the code was invalid. Despite this, I didn't want to miss out on the deal, so I went ahead with the purchase and was charged $266 instead.

I reached out to customer service to see if they could credit my order accordingly, but unfortunately, they were unable to do so. While I was disappointed that I couldn't get the device for the discounted price, I appreciated the prompt response from the customer service executive, Chrys C.

As for the device itself, I have only used it a few times so far, but I am already seeing some results. The instructions were easy to follow and the device is lightweight and easy to handle. I also appreciate that it comes with a skin tone sensor to ensure safe and effective use.

Overall, while I had some issues with the discount code, I am satisfied with my purchase and would recommend CurrentBody.com to others looking for at-home beauty devices.

Currentbody Difficulties with CurrentBody's Customer Service and Pricing: A Review

I recently had an experience with CurrentBody that I wanted to share. Firstly, I have to say that I wouldn't recommend this website to people outside of England. The time difference can make it extremely difficult to get in touch with their customer service representative.

My experience with CurrentBody was not great based on the timeline. I purchased a NuFace through their website and it showed no fees upon arrival, but I was still charged $30.12. Luckily, I was able to get this money back after waking up at 4:46am Eastern time and contacting their customer service representative.

Secondly, I found a better deal on the Silk'n Canada website, which was half the price of CurrentBody. I was thinking of returning my Silk'n Facetite, but the shipping cost was $52. I was able to get it waived after contacting their customer service representative.

Although the customer service representative was nice and helpful, it was extremely difficult to get in touch with them, especially since I was not in England or in the same time zone as them. I tried several ways to contact them, but their phone line was cut off and the online chat was hard to use. Finally, I was able to connect with them on the day I woke up at 4:46am. I was very upset by their lack of response to my emails and requests, so I decided to wake up early just to contact their customer service representative.

In the end, my concerns were resolved, but I still wouldn't recommend this website to people who don't have the same time zone as them. It can cause a very big issue when trying to contact them. Although their customer service representative was helpful, I don't want to wake up early just to contact customer service anymore.

Currentbody Currentbody Review: Dreadful Customer Service and No Refund Received After Return

I ordered something from Currentbody on the 2nd September and unfortunately, I had to return it. They signed for it the very next day, on the 3rd September. But, it's been a long time, and I still haven't received my refund or even an acknowledgment of my return. I've sent them multiple emails, but no one ever responds. This is so frustrating and makes me feel ignored.

I decided to do some research and it turns out that this isn't an isolated incident. Plenty of customers have been left in the dark the same way I have. They've also had trouble with returns and feel like they aren't receiving the customer support they need. It's quite frustrating that I didn't do more research before ordering from this company.

In addition to all of this, Currentbody's products are incredibly expensive. It's so not worth spending your hard-earned money if they aren't going to follow through on their promises. Therefore, I strongly advise everyone to look elsewhere for a better shopping experience. Currentbody's poor customer service and lack of response to issues make this company downright dreadful to deal with. So don’t waste your time and money with them, go somewhere else that values customers.

Currentbody Disappointing Customer Service Experience with Currentbody

I have had a very frustrating experience with Currentbody, specifically their customer service. I made an order on August 19th, 2020 and as of September 3rd, 2020, I have yet to receive my order. When I reached out to their customer service, they informed me that they had created a shipping label, but there was no update from FedEx. They told me to wait while they investigated.

After some time, I checked back in and they told me that my order had no updated tracking information and that they would continue to investigate. Despite my frustration and request for cancellation and refund, they refused to cancel my order and left me hanging while they continued their investigation with FedEx.

As a customer, it is incredibly frustrating to have placed an order and not received it, and then to be left in the dark as the company investigates. I don't understand why they couldn't have shipped out another order or simply refunded me. My experience with Currentbody has been a very negative one overall, and I would not recommend purchasing from them to anyone due to their poor customer service.

Currentbody Satisfactory returns experience with Currentbody: My review

I've been reading a lot of stuff online about the returns process with Currentbody. There seemed to be quite a few people who weren't happy with it. But I had a different experience altogether - I bought a neck and dec led from them, and I really loved it. It was doing a great job at tightening up my skin and making me feel better about myself overall.

But after a while, I started to notice that my skin was getting irritated and hot from using it. I guess it just didn't agree with me - I'm one of those people who are sensitive to a lot of things like creams and meds, so I should have been more careful.

Anyway, I emailed Currentbody to ask if I could return it, and I have to say, they were really nice about it. They sent me all the return forms, labels, and everything. The only issue I had was that I live out of the country, so it was quite expensive and a lot of paperwork to return it. But that's not really their fault, and I appreciate that they were so helpful.

In the end, I decided to give it as a gift to someone who I think will benefit from it. Sadly, I won't be ordering from Currentbody outside of my country again because of the hassle of returns, but I still think they were pretty good with me overall. If you ever need to return an item, I don't think you should have any trouble with them. Thanks, Currentbody!

Currentbody Disappointing shopping experience with Currentbody: Avoid at all costs

Yo, I wanna share my experience with Currentbody. So, I bought this dope-[censored] skincare device that cost me more than ?250 as a gift for my lady on Christmas. It was supposed to arrive on a certain day, but it didn't. I was mad, dude. And the worst part? I contacted their team but they didn't hit me back. I sent them another email 3 days after, still no reply. It was like they were ghosting me or something.

I was about to file a complaint with my credit card company when they finally responded. They said they were gonna check with the delivery company about my order status. But, 5 days later and still nothing. I sent them multiple follow-up emails but nada.

Man, I swear this was the most irritating shopping ordeal I've ever had. I'm getting my money back from my bank, and Currentbody can kiss my you-know-what. I ain't buying from them again, and I suggest y'all avoid them too.

Currentbody Disappointing experience with Currentbody - Unreliable delivery and poor customer service

I wanted to share my experience with Currentbody, a website that offers a range of beauty and wellness products. I placed an order on 03/08/2021, however, as of 10/09/2021, I still haven’t received my purchase.

Although their prices are lower compared to other competitors and shipping is free, the delivery time is not reliable. I have contacted their customer care several times, but they have given me the same response every time, that the item is in transit and they will check with the courier company.

I understand that there may be delays due to the current pandemic situation and I have allowed for that, but it has been over a month now, and the status of my parcel is still unchanged. The situation is frustrating as I purchased this item as a gift, and it is well past that point now.

I have requested a refund multiple times, but the customer care team has ignored my request. They simply reiterate that the item is still in transit and that they will check with the courier company. Unfortunately, after that, I do not receive any further replies, and I have to follow up with them multiple times.

Overall, my experience with Currentbody has been highly disappointing. I would not recommend it, as it is unprofessional and unreliable. I urge others to look elsewhere when deciding where to spend their money.

Currentbody Disappointing Performance and Refund Policy from CurrentBody Full Face Mask

I recently had the chance to try out the full face mask from Currentbody and unfortunately, I was not impressed with its performance. As a result, I reached out to the company via text and email, asking for a refund for my purchase.

It was disappointing to receive an email from Gabriela at CurrentBody stating that they were unable to offer a money-back guarantee and that they could not accept the device back since I had already used it. She did, however, offer to discuss treatment and other options with me.

While I appreciate the offer to discuss other options, it is frustrating that the company does not stand behind its products. I had hoped that they would be more understanding of my situation, especially since I had only used the mask twice and requested a refund in less than a week after receiving it.

I spent a significant amount of money on this product, expecting it to be of high quality and provide me with the results I was looking for. Unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations and I was left disappointed in the end.

In the future, I will not be ordering from Currentbody again. It is not worth the risk of spending money on a product that may not meet my needs and not being able to receive a refund for it.

Overall, I would not recommend ordering from this company if you are looking to try something out and might need the option to return it if it doesn't work for you. Currentbody Currentbody Review: Delayed Shipping, Defective Product, and Frustrating Customer Support Experience

I wanted to give my feedback on my experience with Currentbody. I recently ordered the neck and dec mask back in October. After a few weeks, I received an email from Current Body on Nov 6th, informing me that there would be a delay in shipping. That was not a big concern to me, as it can happen with any order, so I waited patiently. Finally, on Nov 11th, I received my product, but unfortunately, it was defective. The LED lights would not turn on, which was quite frustrating to me.

I contacted customer service about this issue, and they responded promptly. I was informed to return the item and received instructions on how to proceed through EZI Returns. I did as instructed and mailed the package on Nov 18th. I have been tracking the package through USPS, and unfortunately, it has not yet reached the destination by Nov 28th.

I contacted Customer Support through live chat, sharing all the details from names to tracking numbers, but Sofia told me nothing helpful. She shared the same information that I had already read about EZI Returns. Furthermore, she stated that the tracking number was not showing up on their system through UPS, despite me reiterating that I was tracking through USPS.

This experience has been quite frustrating, considering that I spent $330 on a defective product. As a self-employed individual, I have a lot of time on my hands and intend to call and email every day until this issue is resolved. I do not want to lose my money, and I hope that Currentbody will rectify this situation soon.

Overall, I cannot recommend Currentbody at this time based on my experience, and I am hopeful that they will improve their customer service and address the outstanding issue.

Currentbody Terrible customer service from currentbody.com - Avoid at all costs!

So, I ordered a FOREO LUNA Play Facial Cleansing Brush for my partner from currentbody.com. They e-mailed me back saying that the colour I had chosen wasn't available and asked if I could pick a different one. They didn't even apologise for the inconvenience, but I went ahead and chose a different colour anyway.

Unfortunately, after only two weeks of using this device, it stopped working. It was then that we realised that the battery in the device wasn't replaceable, which was NOT mentioned on their website. I contacted their customer service, who replied with a few silly questions. I replied to them the same day, but there was no response until I opened a case on PayPal. Then, all of a sudden, they remembered that there was a customer waiting for their response!

They sent me a return form, but they only provided a pre-paid return label because I claimed it again through PayPal. They didn't even bother to ask me whether I wanted a replacement or a refund. They just sent me another useless device that will ultimately end up in the bin.

To put it bluntly, I am extremely dissatisfied with the customer service I received from currentbody.com. They didn't care about my issue until I had to go through PayPal to get a response. I won't be using their services again, and I strongly advise others to avoid them if they don't want to waste their time with such terrible customer service.

Currentbody CurrentBody Review: Proceed with Caution When Purchasing the NuFACE Mini

So, I gotta tell you about my experience with CurrentBody. I was in the market for a NuFACE Mini a few months back and I decided to give them a shot. I mean, what could go wrong, right? Well, turns out, a lot of things.

First things first, I gotta say, I was super disappointed in the fact that my review was never published. I mean, I put in so much effort trying to make that device work, only to be met with utter silence. I can only guess that it was because I talked about some of the issues I had with the product. And boy, were there some issues.

Now, I'm not one to shy away from a little discomfort when it comes to beauty treatments, but this was on another level. For starters, the manufacturer gives a whole list of warnings about the product, like don't use it if you have epilepsy or cancer. Fair enough, I guess. But there were some issues that they didn't mention that I found out the hard way.

For one thing, I noticed that the device seemed to trigger a reaction in my eustachian tubes. I was left feeling uncomfortable, almost in pain, after I used it. Not something I was expecting. And it's not just me. I have ADHD and I noticed some distressing sensory issues from the pulsating current that's visible when you're using it on your cheeks. And just to be clear, I'm not epileptic. So, unless you're a neurotypical person, I wouldn't recommend this product.

What really gets to me, though, is that CurrentBody doesn't do a great job of warning you about the implications of using this device. They have a "hidden" additional information box that you have to click to see, but I wouldn't be surprised if a lot of people missed it. And the warnings that they do mention - they're serious. Like, do not use if you're pregnant, if you've had recent facial surgery, if you have an electronic device, and so on.

Honestly, I wish they had been more upfront about all of this. If they had, I wouldn't have spent ?130 on this thing. Now, I'm stuck with an expensive device that I can't even use without risking my own health. And what's worse, there's no money-back guarantee. Talk about feeling ripped off.

Overall, if you're thinking about buying from CurrentBody, I would proceed with caution. Unless you're a neurotypical person who doesn't have any health conditions that would conflict with using this device, I would look elsewhere. You'll save yourself a lot of money and disappointment in the long run.

Currentbody No product received, no help from the aftersales, not hopeful to get refund also.

I had placed an order with currentbody on 19th oct 2023 and for 10 full days package had not even moved from the source location.

I finally emailed them on 30th October 2023 which is way past the date of my expected delivery, and right now it has been more than 48hrs but they haven't responded to the email.

Prior to making purchase they were responding to the emails within 2-3 hrs, online chat help was also available but now nothing. This is the situation while buying, god knows what kind of fraud service they provide with refunds and returns.

I'm [censored]ed up as I had purchased a device worth 26,000 bucks in my currency which is approx. 247 British Pounds.

NO PRODUCT RECEIVER, NO MONEY REFUNDED. COMPLETE SCAM

Claimed loss: 247.53 GBP

Desired outcome: I want full refund against my order. I don't want to buy product from them anymore.

Currentbody Products sold to me

I ordered a facial steamer, and a pore device that was shipped to me filthy dirty. The devices looked used. I didn’t even remove them from the box. I sent back the items UNUSED and they keep sending me emails saying they can’t take back items that have been used.

This company is a complete sham. They have no contact number that I can find (US). When I email I get the same reply.

Desired outcome: I want my full refund.

Currentbody Delayed Delivery and Suspicious Tactics: My Experience with CurrentBody

So, I ordered from CurrentBody and I'm still waiting for my package to arrive. It's been a while now and I'm starting to get worried. I tried to dispute the charge, but apparently, the package is being held up in customs. I'm not sure what to make of it, but I'm starting to think that CurrentBody might be a fraudulent company.

I reached out to them to ask about the status of my package, but all I got was a brief response saying that it's on the way. However, when I checked the tracking link, I could clearly see that it hasn't moved in a week. This is starting to make me suspicious.

I have a theory that they might be shipping empty boxes without the required paperwork to get through customs. That way, people can't file a dispute with their credit card companies for a refund. It's a sneaky tactic, but it would explain why my package is being held up in customs for so long.

If your package is being held up in customs, I guess you're just out of luck. It's frustrating, but I'm hoping that my package will eventually arrive. I'm not sure if I would order from CurrentBody again, though. This experience has left a bad taste in my mouth.

Currentbody Nightmare Customer Service Experience with Clarisonic - Don't Buy from Them

So, I had a bit of a problem with my Clarisonic. It stopped charging pretty soon after I got it. I tried to get in touch with customer service, but it was a bit of a nightmare. I sent four emails and chats, but nothing really got done. They promised me a few things, but none of them actually happened. First, they said they would send me a return label, but that never came. Then, they said they would send me a new Clarisonic, but that didn't happen either. After that, they sent me a return label, but it said that my return was outside of the return window. I wasn't even trying to return it, I just wanted it repaired or replaced. Finally, I sent two emails and didn't hear anything back at all.

The thing that really bothered me was that you can't even call them. I mean, what kind of company doesn't let you call them? It seems a bit sketchy to me.

Anyway, I wouldn't recommend buying anything from this company. It's just not worth the headache.

Currentbody Poor Customer Service and Delivery Experience with CurrentBody

I recently made a purchase on CurrentBody's website on November 9th. According to the tracking information they provided me, my order was delivered to my mailbox on November 16th. However, I have yet to receive my package and have reached out to their customer service team multiple times via email. Unfortunately, I have not received a response from them.

As a frustrated customer, I decided to file a claim with PayPal stating that I did not receive the product I paid for. I requested that CurrentBody provide proof of delivery to have the claim dropped, but still no response. It's disappointing to see a company treat their customers this way, especially when we are paying for their products and services.

Dealing with this situation has caused unnecessary stress and wasted time. It's a shame that what should have been a simple and pleasant transaction has turned into a frustrating experience. At this point, I just want my money back.

Currentbody Disappointing Return Policy Experience with currentbody.com Microdermabrasion Kit

So, I recently bought a microdermabrasion kit from currentbody.com. It arrived on time, which was great, but unfortunately, the product wasn't suitable for my skin. Even on the sensitive mode, I found it too abrasive. So, I decided to contact customer care to initiate a refund and waive the $56 return fee. However, I was told that it wasn't covered under the try and buy policy. This was a bit confusing for me because the refund initiation online portal said otherwise. I felt like I was being gaslighted, you know? It's not cool when a company doesn't have integrity when it comes to their return policy.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend shopping here. It's just not worth the hassle. I'd rather spend my money on a place where I know I can return a product if it's not suitable for me. It's a shame because I was really excited to try out the microdermabrasion kit, but now I'm just disappointed. I ordered the expensive item and once it arrived I emailed asking for the agreed refund, I was then informed the advisor was new and gave me incorrect information. I was offered a £10 voucher and the option to return so I could buy the original deal, I asked to be priced matched. However QVC was then out-of-stock hence this was not possible
The whole process was lengthy with emails back and forth with the same advisor until the case was passed to accounts for the refund.
This is poor customer service, and an apology is not good enough. I asked twice to escalate with a manager and for a phone call to discuss this further and I am still waiting. Also why have staff working on the front line giving total wrong information.

Like for real, they won't even respond to my emails. And don't even get me started on their phone number - it's as dead as a doornail! And if you were hopin' to have a live chat with these guys, well, tough luck my friend! Ain't no option for that, either.

Currentbody Not a Reliable Choice: Frustrating Experience with Currentbody

Currentbody was a really frustrating experience for me. I tried to place an order, but it was cancelled for some reason. I reached out to customer support, and they said that my information didn't pass security checks. That seemed strange to me since currentbody.com supposedly ships all across the world, even to the United States. But then they turned around and suggested that I pay with PayPal to bypass those security checks - like, what gives? It all felt really sketchy and scammy to me. Currentbody Disappointing experience with Currentbody - would not recommend

Hey guys, just wanted to let you know about my experience with Currentbody. I have to say, it wasn't the best. I was really excited to order about ?112 worth of product, but unfortunately, it never got delivered to me (I'm an expat living in KL, Malaysia).

Now, I know there are a lot of positive reviews out there for Currentbody, but I have to say, I'm not sure how truthful they are. Based on my experience, I wouldn't trust them at all. It's really disappointing because I was looking forward to trying out some new products, but I never even got the chance.

Apparently, my order was supposed to go through Hong Kong, but it never even left the UK! I'm not sure what happened there, but it's hard to have any faith in a company that can't even get their orders delivered properly.

Overall, I would definitely recommend taking your business elsewhere. I know it's tempting to try out some of their products, but it's just not worth the hassle. Trust me, you'll save yourself a lot of time and frustration in the long run.

If I could give Currentbody a zero star rating, I definitely would. Steer clear, guys.

This joint called CurrentBody ain't all that, if ya ask me. Just recently, I snagged a laser hair removal tool off of a website called Tria and guess who billed me? These scammers. I figured they were the same people as Tria, but ohhhhh no. The device wasn't even working properly when I got it, so I hit up Tria (remember, all the packaging was Tria) and gave them the deets. As it turns out, CurrentBody isn't related to Tria at all. In fact, they're slangin' devices that are straight-up outdated and faulty. I mean, can you believe this? They're out here trying to peddle old junk and make a quick buck off of us unsuspecting folks. So, just a friendly reminder - WATCH OUT!

Currentbody Not Impressed with Currentbody's Customer Service and Warranty Process

Yo, just wanted y'all to know 'bout my experience with Currentbody. So, they're based in the UK, not Australia like my silly self thought. Anyways, I got this Braun IPL device from 'em that was faulty right outta the box. Sucks, right? And since it was outside the money back guarantee, I had to deal with the warranty claim. Let me tell ya, it was a real pain in the butt. Each time I hit 'em up by email, it took 'em 2-3 days to get back to me. And even then, they sometimes gave me the wrong info or instructions. Like, what the heck man? If you're gonna have customer service, make sure it's top-notch! If you do decide to buy somethin' from 'em, pray that it works properly 'cause if not, you're in for a looong and frustrating process.

Currentbody Review: Disappointing experience with CurrentBody.com's Wellbox 'S' Slimming machine

So, I gotta say something about currentbody.com. My experience ain't been all that great. I copped the Wellbox 'S' Slimming machine for ?900.00 and after only a few months, the cover is already cracked. This is a real bummer, cuz it means a lot of dust and dirt is gonna start getting all up in it. And let's be real, a machine that costs that much should definitely not have such a weak clip holding it together. Ain't no way I'm shelling out that kind of money for something that falls apart so easily.

Now, I tried emailing them about this issue multiple times, but they didn't even bother replying back to me. And when they finally did, guess what they said? They told me it's my problem and that the guarantee won't cover it. But the thing is, I got a two-year guarantee with it. So why the heck is it not covered?

Look, I'm telling y'all straight up - don't waste your time and money buying machines from this site. The quality is just trash, and it ain't worth the money. Steer clear, y'all.

I started using the laser for a while, and after some time, my skin started to hurt and worsen, despite being advertised as a promising gadget for anti-aging. I decided then to ask for a refund, but they actually refused and told me that I didn't finish the 12-week treatment to get a refund. What a bunch of nonsense! As if people should endure using something that causes them pain or worsens their skin condition just to be eligible for a refund!

It's pretty clear to me that they made this 12-week treatment requirement so that customers wouldn't ask for refunds after that period, as it overlaps with the 90-day money-back guarantee. This is a total scam if you ask me. They're not caring about their customers' satisfaction or the quality of their products; they're just looking for ways to take your money.

Overall, I wouldn't recommend CurrentBody to anyone. Their money-back guarantee is just a facade, and their products are nothing but a waste of money and potentially damaging to your skin. Save your money and look for something else.

Currentbody Mixed Experience: Currentbody Review - Ordering Process Easy but Poor Communication & Quality Control

So, I decided to give Currentbody a try and purchased an item from their website. The ordering process was easy, and I was billed right away. According to the delivery details, the item was set to arrive yesterday, but unfortunately, it did not. I was quite worried since the item was quite expensive, and I really needed it.

I tried calling them frantically, but all I got was a message saying that all the lines were busy, and I should choose one of two options. I selected both options, one after the other, but the call ended up getting disconnected. Frustrated and anxious, I decided to email them instead, hoping for a quick response. I'm still waiting for their reply.

Also, it's quite confusing that there are inconsistent delivery details. One for Hermes and another for FedEx. Although I could track the Hermes delivery, I had no luck with the FedEx one. I am disappointed with their lack of communication regarding the delivery.

Update: I am pleased to say that the item finally arrived. However, I was a little disappointed with the packaging. The box had two clear round seals, one on top of the other. To me, it looked like the item had been opened, and the original seal had lost its stickiness, so a new one was placed on top. I hope that Currentbody can improve their quality control and make sure that customers receive products in good condition.

Overall, I am still a little apprehensive to shop from Currentbody again, especially if they don't improve their communication and quality control.
