LongHorn Steakhouse review: Meal not completed

June 09, 21. Take out order. Longhorn 5057 Solon, Ohio. I ordered a rib eye steak which was cooked as ordered, would have enjoyed some steak sauce to be included with meal. Ordered fully loaded baked potato no sour cream. Got a little package with the toppings, looked like a cat threw it up. Ordered bowl of potato soup $2.99 extra I got no soup at all. Drat... Paid $24.78 plus left $3.00 tip. I am 80 and did not want or have energy to drive back the 20 minutes to get the soup and toppings for potato. Very disappointed since I have eaten there many times and enjoyed the food. William dicks manager6276 [protected].
