Loncar Associates - law firm

I was hit head on by a teenager who was speeding and failed to navigate a curve. My car was totaled. I had injuries to my heart and body that required a hospital stay. It's been almost two years and as far as I know nothing has been done on my case. I am not kept informed. In fact I never hear from the attorney handling my case. Ever. This is the worst law firm. Don't waste your time. I still have not heard ANYTHING from my so called attorney.

Still have not heard from my so called attorney. I did receive a bullying letter from his paralegal informing me of an appointment (I was not consulted about said appointment) and to call if I couldn't make it. I called and left a message that the time would not work for me. So called Paralegal NEVER returned my call. Also it seems case has gone to litigation (again I was not consulted). For two years these people have done NOTHING to settle this case. Just waited around so they could go to litigation and get higher fees. Unprofessional and unethical. I have reported said attorney and firm to the ABA.
