I purchased livpure RO from Croma Nasik Maharashtra when we call for installation the person comes and ask for a code he taken when he see kitchen where RO to be fix he told that it's so difficult to install in kitchen tiles better you bring one who make the kitchen he make a hole in it. It happens on 3rd of October 2022

Now I call 5 times to customer service but no help get and service engineer of Nasik connect with technician he talk nonsense words and many things.

I closely related that thing happen I swear I never buy any livpure product seriously.

Water Purifier is worst quality and I understood this only after testing the water quality after a through service of all filters by LivPure. Please don't install these water purifiers as we will never know whether the water we are drinking are of good quality or not.

Quality test for tap water and purified water. Both are same without any filtration after recent service by LivePure 2 weeks ago.

Its been over a month now and that our livpure water purifier needs maintenance. I called customer care and even tagged the sar group and the chairman who is running the business in email and no one responds. You will no get through to a customer care executive and they wont reach you back as well. Chat on the livpure site is a joke and only new customers can get access to call center agent to book a visit. The old one who is still in contract are blatently ignored. Do not buy this product. You will regret it because of service issues.

Whomsoever it may concern:

I have the more than 3 year old machice intalled at home, once after the warranty I have taken the amc by paying 8000inr, unfortunately the parts livpure use in the amc are the hopeless, defective and non reliable.in last 2 months 3 times machine has failed to work.
And the service team in bangalore whitefield zone is so pathetic, they dont respond to the calls and they block the customer numbers. I have been facing this issue from last 2 months and now I am repenting why did I buy the livpure.

Because of the wrong parts, defective parts and hopeless service, I would like to raise the cc complaint against the livpure. Js19051801847 is the resent complaint raised, if you want to trace some details.

Once again, mentioning very pathetic and hopeless service from livpure.
And I am not going to leave this issue here,

i have pourchase a RO (model - GLITZ Plus) on 06th July 2017, till the date no body has com for service. Today i have receive a call for service and two person came for service (Rahul & Ravi) they open the RO & replaced the filter with old & non working filters, when i have objected they told that it policy of company, after my strong objection they placed back my filters.
This is totally cheating with customers. Please take action against company as well as both the person and let me know otherwise i will bound to complaint in consumer forum.

I am using livpure pep plus model. It got it service on 1st dec 2016 and as it was out of warranty, I availed amc of rs 4500/-on 1st dec 2016.

After few days water taste was spoiled and I raised a complaint on 15th dec, 16th dec and it was closed without any resolvement.

Than I had again raised the complaint on 26th dec 2016. Service guy came and told that ro membrane and uv lamp need to be changed.

They do not have the spare parts in whole bangalore.

Daily, I am contacting at the following contacts:

Its 5th january and nobody is giving any proper response.
They are lingering by saying till now they do not have ro membrane and uv lamp.

Its such a shameful that spare parts of livpure are unavailable in whole bangalore. I think livpure is unable to provide good service to the customers and its focus is only on sales.

Its not the first time I am facing problem. I am using this model in my home amritsar as well as in bangalore.

Its happening every time when I raised service request in bangalore as well as amritsar.

Please take strict action against livpure for the customer harrassment.
