Live Nation review: NKOTB Tickets

I attempted to purchase tickets for the New Kids on the Block concert in August 2024. The app kept refreshing telling me that my session timed out and then said my tickets were no longer available. I finally succeeded and noticed I was charged for all 3 tickets. Contacted Live Nation immediately and they canceled the wrong tickets and told me "sorry. good luck" Now I have tickets that I did NOT authorize and the tickets that I did purchase/confirm are gone. I paid for a Block Nation Pre-Sale Code for $60 because I obviously wanted good tickets. Everyone was having app issues so I know it's not just me. Now I have tickets for $744 that I can't do anything with and the ones I purchased are gone. They will NOT help me. All of this because they have an app that is horrific. When I got to the last set of tickets it actually asked me to confirm which I did yet that is the one they canceled! Asked to speak to a manager several times and nothing. I will now have to contact my bank to let them know that I did not authorize the purchases. They should be out of business for what they do to people.
