Received text msg stating I owe for tolls on northwest parkway. Every statement received has been paid.
On 1/17/2024 received mail theft security notice-usps/nwp mailbox was broken into.
Called and spoke to anna guzman. Requested proof of usage. She was to email. That was 2 days ago.
Paid the same toll on 8/21/24. They never recognized payment. Kepts adding... Time to sue

Desired outcome: ACKNOWLEDGE PAYMENT.THIS FIRM ARE SCAMMERS AND THE PEOPLE WORKING FOR THEM TAKE THE CARD PAYMENTS, SCAM OFF THE CARD PAYMENTS. EVERYTIME I USE MY CARD, I FIND ERRONOUS CHARGES . HAVE TO CANCEL THE CARD. EVERY SINGLE TRANSACTION !!!!!
