I have 2 orders that currently have issues. one was an empty account with no game for Super Mario VS Donkey Kong, the other seems luke it was a shared account for Super Mario Maker 2 that does not allow access to the game at times as shown in the picture below. I get to customer support they say they will sort it out but it does not get resolved. I have chat transcripts so they are well aware of the issues but absolutely nobody seems to have any urgency to resolve the issues. I want a refund because I am uncertain now if this company is even legitimate.

I have purchased Splatoon 3 on 27th December and have downloaded it and can play it on the console. But it does state I should be able to play it on my desired account as per instructions and ultimately play online which is the point of the games.

I have been trying to use the chat as per advise as have emailed for support and have not had any success at all.
