When you call expect to leave your citation # & if you want english or spanish. They will state if they are talking to the person on the phone, before even stating who you are. Never give your name or personall information over a recorded phone call. And make sure that they state who they are and what information they have on you. But this place/lawfirm is far from that, it is a total scam. Do the smart thing and check with your local city municipal court or dps. 

Dont not give personal information or payment to them! Scam! Scam! Scam!
