LiliGal review: want to return one item but can't get them to accept my email address

I ordered three items. Can keep the two that came first in the mail. The third item does not fit but I can't get them to accept my email address so I can continue with the return.
My order number is L1810070256295664. Original order was placed on10/6/18. The last item came within the past two weeks. That is the one I want to return.

The website is very deceiving---says returns are free and easy. Not so! The website just gives you the runaround by not accepting your email address so you can tell them which item you want to return or anything else for that matter.

They should be shut down for fraud!
