I ordered from Miss Denise Procopio to download all images, and I was told I have one year to download the photos, so I have until February 2026. Today, I am trying to download as I have time, but the photos are not in my gallery. I e-mailed Miss Denise, but I had a "mailer daemon undeliverable notice". I e-mailed customer service and the contact e-mail RColasuonno@Life365Portraits.com, but I received another "undeliverable" error message. I cannot find my receipt or the number for my order as I ordered through the Teams meeting with Miss Denise. I only have a couple of screenshots of the couple of photos shown during our virtual viewing. Can please someone help me? Thank you.
