I bought a rousch exhaust from Levittown Ford LLC on 4/13 order #***
I bought a rousch exhaust from Levittown Ford LLC on 4/13 order #***. They told me I gotta send 'em a photo ID 'cause it's over $1000. The exhaust cost $1249.99. I sent 'em my passport, but they said it ain't good enough, I gotta send 'em a photo ID with my address on it. Why they in business if they can't trust their customers? Real bad business practice askin' customers to do this. I shoulda listened to my gut and ordered from somewhere else.
On November 2nd, I brought my car to Levittown *** to fix the trunk opening issue
On November 2nd, I brought my car to Levittown *** to fix the trunk opening issue. They said they did a diagnostic and claimed that I needed a new latch, which would cost a total of $514.00 ($120.00 for the part and $396.00 for labor). I thought this was way too expensive, so I decided to order the original part myself for $70.00 and took it to my own mechanic. Turns out, there was nothing wrong with the latch. It was just a loose wire, which is a common problem with *** cars. I can't believe it! Did they really do a proper diagnostic, or was it just a scam to get an extra $514.00 from me, on top of the $195.00 I already paid for the diagnostic?

I bought car parts from Levittown Ford LLC's website and used a free shipping code
I bought car parts from Levittown Ford LLC's website and used a free shipping code. The code worked and saved me $234.20. However, I got an email this morning saying that the free shipping doesn't apply to oversized items, and I need to pay $429 for shipping. I responded saying I could pay $200 for shipping, but they canceled my order instead. I was willing to compromise and pay half of the shipping, but now I just want my parts without any shipping charges. This feels like false advertising and needs to be fixed. Thanks!
Levittown Ford has had my car for 13 weeks now
Levittown Ford has had my car for 13 weeks now. I brought it in because of a warranty issue with the motor. They said it was covered under warranty, but I haven't heard anything from them in all this time. No phone calls, no emails. The service manager keeps telling me it'll be ready, but when I go back to check, I never get a clear answer from anyone. It's really frustrating. When I first brought the car in, they said it would take about two months. But when I went back on September 12th, they said they were still waiting for approval to order the parts. They promised to call me, but they never did. My car is still sitting in the back, and I just want to know the truth. It feels like someone is trying to deceive me over there. I just want a straight answer. Can you please help me with that? Thank you.
I dropped off my vehicle at Levittown Ford LLC on May 13, and it was in excellent condition, except for the transmission issue
I dropped off my vehicle at Levittown Ford LLC on May 13, and it was in excellent condition, except for the transmission issue. Luckily, the PowerTrain Warranty covered it, which was a relief. Their service center is located at ***. Fast forward to June 28, over a month and a half later, they called me to say that my car was "ready." Excited to have my vehicle back, I went to pick it up. However, to my dismay, I discovered that there were multiple other problems with it!
Firstly, my windshield had a crack. I have no idea how that happened during the time it was in their shop. Secondly, my AC was no longer functioning correctly, which was definitely not the case when I initially brought it in. Lastly, I started experiencing unknown low voltage issues. It's frustrating that I am now being held responsible for the AC problem. Additionally, I'm expected to pay for a diagnostic for issues that occurred while my vehicle was under their care. It just doesn't seem fair.
I requested pictures or video of my vehicle that were taken when I dropped it off, hoping to prove that the damages occurred while it was in their possession. However, they claimed that the documentation was not done properly, and the windshield was not shown in those pictures or video. I fail to understand why this is my concern or fault. It's disappointing that they refuse to take responsibility for the damages they caused.
Overall, my experience with Levittown Ford LLC has been quite frustrating. I expected better service and accountability from them. It's disheartening to have to deal with additional issues and expenses after trusting them with my vehicle.
My car had a torque converter problem, and the **** technician diagnosed it
My car had a torque converter problem, and the *** technician diagnosed it. They kept my car for 90 days, and as soon as I got it back, it broke down again with technical problems. I had to tow it back to the *** technician, and it stayed there for another 90 days. They returned it to me a third time, but within a day, the check engine light came back on with a pressure gauge code. I took it back to the technician, and they gave it back to me after just 2 hours. But on the second day, during the weekend, the check engine light came back on again! They have no idea what's wrong with the electrical system, and it's causing a lot of stress for me and my job. It's really scary to have electrical issues in a car because it's a safety concern. I want *** to replace my car with a new one that doesn't have any electrical problems. My car is still under warranty and only 3 years old. I never had any issues before bringing it to this place for the torque problem.
I brung my explorer in for a recall, and to have them look at the rear defroster which is peeling off
I brung my explorer in for a recall, and to have them look at the rear defroster which is peeling off. They told me it is under warranty, as a leased vehicle, so they would order the part and be able to replace it and get me that car back by the end of the week. After not hearing anything after a couple days I went to the location to ask what was going on and no one could give me a straight answer so they said I would receive a call on the next day explaining what would be done. I did not get a call. I called them and they didnt know anything, and this has been the case for the dozens of calls I have placed over the past 3 months. I am never given an answer and am declined to opportunity to speak to a manager, if Im even given the opportunity to speak to an employee and not the automated message. During these times when I speak to an employee I am always assured I will be called back within the next 24 hours with more information. The complete lack of customer service and accountability is surprising considering it is covered by the warranty.
Here's a rewritten version of the review: I wanna talk 'bout Levittown Ford LLC 'cause I got a second complaint 'bout 'em
Here's a rewritten version of the review:
I wanna talk 'bout Levittown Ford LLC 'cause I got a second complaint 'bout 'em. They closed my first complaint, which took 'em 30 days to fix, sayin' they installed a new engine. I gave the service advisor, ***, two receipts from Enterprise car rentals hopin' they'd sort things out nicely. But man, I'm speechless 'bout how they treat their customers. They charged me $184.60 for a new battery, but guess what? When I checked under the hood the next day, there was my old battery sittin' there. I had to go back to the service center to get it replaced, and that brings me to my final complaint. It's been weeks now, and I still ain't been reimbursed for the car rentals. I called 'em on 3/1/22 to ask what's goin' on, and they told me the forms weren't filed. Ain't heard back from 'em since. I'm pretty sure Levittown Ford *** and *** are intentionally tryin' to avoid payin' me. I've included copies of the rental receipts and photos of the battery so y'all can see for yourselves.
This all started back in December
This all started back in December. I had bought my *** fusion into Levittown Ford because my car had problems starting. First I was told I could not bring my car in the last week of December because of the omnicron surge. They told me they had no loaners, so I had to rent a car. I brought my vehicle in the first week of January and this is where my problems began. My service advisor was *** and she was not listening to me at all when I said do not lock the door because the car does not start if you do. She locked the door then after giving me the run around for 3 weeks had to break into my car to gain access. After another 4 weeks of constantly getting the run around she fixed my car but when I picked it up the first week of March I saw my side door panel was removed and keyhole exposed. I called *** up when I got home and asked her why they did not put it back on she told me she would order a new one to wait for her call. 3 weeks later I called just to find out *** no longer works there. When I asked to speak to the manager or another service advisor I got the run around and no one is getting back to me at all. So after spending thousands of dollars for renting a car, and waiting months to get my car back, now I have my panel missing. They simply do not care at all about customer satisfaction or even basic respect. They will not answer your calls, will lie to you and will give you the run around. Whatever you do, please please avoid this place at all costs.
Extremely disapointing experience with customer service and support
Extremely disapointing experience with customer service and support. I bought a front bumper insert and a wheel arch molding for a 2017 MKX. The price was good and the shipping was free. Installed the bumper piece within 3 hours. Removed the wheel arch molding and compared it against the new part (still in the plastic bag) and noticed they were not the same. I ordered the wrong part. I emailed the parts manager (Mike D.) to return it and was told that it won't be a problem as long as I return it in the original bag and brand new condition...I took a 45 minute ride out to the parts store and was told a sticker was missing on the bag it came with and I would have to go back home and get it or they won't take it back. I informed them that I didn't take the part out of the plastic bag it came with and there was no sticker on it...it was simply packed along with the 5 foot long box that the bumper insert came with and I'm returning it in the original plastic bag...they couldn't care less. They wouldn't take it back unless the parts sticker was on it. I get them to call Mike D. and they put him on speaker phone...he went on to say "the customer was told that it must be returned in the same package as it arrived"...The problem is that I did return it exactly as it was shipped to me. IT WAS SHIPPED TO ME WITHOUT A STICKER...he didn't care. He wouldn't even listen. I left the part on the counter for them to choke on it and took a $50 loss (along with 2 hours wasted driving there and back). Told them I would leave a *** review...Mike didn't care...kinda tells you everything you need to know about the place and culture at Levittown Ford. I'm never going back and will tell all my friends to avoid them as well. I want my money back!
Our 2014 **** Explorer went to Levittown Ford on 8/23 to fix a sunroof that wouldn't close
Our 2014 *** Explorer went to Levittown Ford on 8/23 to fix a sunroof that wouldn't close. We waited 7 weeks for the car and finally got it back on 10/12. The next day, when we looked inside, we saw that while the car was at Levittown Ford, they carelessly left it outside with the sunroof open. It rained inside my car during those 7 weeks. There was condensation and a strong musty smell. We also found tiny black bugs in the carpets. We tried to clean it, but the smell made our eyes itch and throats scratchy. That's when we realized the extent of the damage inside the car. The console under the radio had mold that ruined a phone charger and the remotes for the headrest TVs. The console between the front seats was soaked. Tissues were wet, our insurance card was soaked, the spare *** key was rusty, and there was mold growing on the outside of eyeglass cases, just to name a few things. The carpet under the front seats was wet, including the padding, even after we tried to air out the car and blow air under the seats. We paid $4577.45 for this repair, and Levittown Ford returned our car in a terrible condition. We tried contacting the Service Manager for 5 weeks through emails and phone messages, but they never responded. I had to involve my insurance company to have another auto body shop replace the carpets, thoroughly clean the car, and try to get rid of the mold (which could be a serious health concern). It's clear that Levittown Ford had no intention of helping me solve this problem. This kind of treatment is unacceptable and unprofessional.
We started leasing a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer from Levittown Ford
We started leasing a brand new 2021 Ford Explorer from Levittown Ford. We noticed a lot of water on the car floor and called them 2 days after getting the car. We brought the car in 3 days later because of work and our 2-year-old son. After waiting for days, we had to call them to find out what was wrong with the car because they didn't contact us. The service center said there was a leak in the whole car and it was already taken apart. They said it needed to be sent to an auto body shop. We contacted the Ford Levittown Dealer where we bought the car to discuss exchanging it because we don't want a defective brand new car. We have a new baby on the way and we need a safe car for our family. The car runs on electricity and now it has a big water problem and damage. We don't know if there will be more problems in the future. We talked to Ford about getting a new car instead of the one we leased because of all the damage it already has. They said we had to go through Ford Corporate. We contacted them and they said the dealership should have taken care of it, but they would try to help. We filed a case for a buyback. Since we contacted Ford Corporate, we haven't heard from anyone at the dealership even though we tried to contact them many times. It's been 3 weeks and we still don't know what's happening. Our payment is due soon, but we don't think we should pay it because we don't have the car we're supposed to be leasing. We're really frustrated and just want answers and a good solution. The customer service has been really bad and disrespectful. We just want this to be fixed.
