I got my Honda car from Valley Honda a few months ago and today, on 08/16, I took it for its first A1 maintenance Service. I left my car at 6:30 pm and picked it up at 8:30 pm. I was so disappointed with the condition of my car. I saw so many thin scratches from the car wash (which was part of the service). I talked to the person who was taking care of my car service today. I can't believe that Valley Honda, which provided such great service when I bought the car, returned my car with so many terrible scratches all over it.

I wanna get my money back for the fancy car service I paid for at Valley Honda. Honda Financial cut me off, so I ain't getting the service no more. I want my money back for the rest of the 5 years I paid for, minus the 3 months I already used. It was a bundle deal with a titanium upgrade, cost me $1190 plus $700 for the upgrade. I ain't happy with how they treated me, so I ain't going back. Just give me my $1890 back, deal number ***, customer number ***, and serial number ***.
