I'm so frustrated with Towbin Fiat Alfa Romeo! They promised me that everything would be taken care of, but it's been weeks and I still can't legally drive my car. It's like they don't care about their customers once they've made the sale. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone.

I got my 2021 guila from Towbin Alfa Romeo this year. They said they'd give me a second set of keys, but they didn't. They told me they'd send them in the mail, but I still haven't gotten them. I tried calling the salesmen and the sales manager a bunch of times, but nobody's gotten back to me.

I had a terrible experience with Towbin Fiat Alfa Romeo. My mom brought my car to them for repairs and they said it couldn't be fixed. They offered to buy it from her, but since it was in my name, the sale didn't go through. I couldn't come back to the country because of COVID, so the case was left unresolved. When I finally called the office, they said they would charge the battery and see what they could do. But every time I called after that, I got the same response or was sent to voicemail. Now, they still have my car and I can't get a hold of them. It's been a nightmare.

I buyed a car from this place in Feb 2021 and paid cash for it. It's now Sep 16, 2021 and I still don't have my title. I went to the dealership many times and they keep giving me excuses. One time they said the person who sold me the car doesn't work there anymore. Another time they said they're waiting for the DMV. I contacted the DMV and found out in Aug 2021 they filed for the title but it's in someone else's name. I'm stuck with a car I can't sell and it might even be stolen since I don't have the title to prove it's mine. The DMV says the dealership should have given me the title within 30 days. I want my money back and for them to take the car back since I can't legally sell it. Please help me out. Thanks.

I got a new 2017 FIAT 500 pop car from Towbin Fiat Alfa Romeo on Aug. 28, 2017. The miles indicator still flashes and they haven't fixed it. It was already flashing when I bought it on 8/23. The service guys gave me a lot of reasons why it's flashing and they said they fixed it many times. They even said they need a Fiat Tech to help them find the problem. They said it's working fine but it's still not fixed as of year 3, August 23,2020. Fiat/Chrysler didn't help me at all. They just gave excuses and passed me around from one call agent to another. I bought 5 FIAT cars from this dealership in 6 years. I paid CASH for 3 of them, in 1 payment per car. None of my other FIAT cars had any issues. This one had the issue 3 days before I bought it in August . The repair service is horrible, from their service managers from [protected]. I'm not happy with my service repair visits. I want the flashing miles indicator in my car's dashboard fixed before the end of the vehicle warranty in year 4.

They sold me a bad tire and didn't want to replace it. They said they did, but I don't think they did. My back tires were leaking, so I got new ones on Monday. I also got new front tires because they were old. They didn't program my tire pressure sensors, and they sold me a bad tire. I called them on Tuesday, but no one answered. I called on Wednesday and got an appointment for Thursday. My tire was almost flat by then. They said they couldn't find the leak, so they couldn't replace it. I took a picture before I filled it up. I had to ask for the manager, and he said they would replace it. I had to come back on Friday and wait for 2 hours. They said they replaced it, but I don't think they did. They lost the valve caps for my back tires, and I had to ask them to replace them. It's been a week, and my tire is flat again. I think the valve stem is broken. I don't trust them to fix it. They should pay me back for a repair somewhere else.

Tobin Alfa Romeo no good with title for car I buy. I buy 2018 Alfa Romero Guilia on Oct 17th 2020 from Tobin Alfa Romeo Las Vegas. I fly from California to buy car. Vanessa *** help me buy car and Brandon *** help me in finance. I tell them I register car in *** my state. After I buy car, I send papers to my state DMV. DMV call me and say I need title or copy of title to register car. I call Tobin Alfa Romeo many times, leave voicemail, but nobody call me back. I go to Nevada DMV on 12/31 to get temporary permit, but they say it no good. They ask me if I have title, but I no have it yet. I go to Tobin Alfa Romeo on 12/31 to ask about title, but they no give me good answer. I talk to Joseph *** and they give me another temporary pass with new dates. I keep calling dealer to get title information, but nobody help me. I talk to Carla *** many times, but no luck until 01/12. She email me on 01/20 and say dealer apply for duplicate title from California on 12/02. But when I go to dealer on 12/31, they say no information about title. I tell my wife to return car to dealer because we no can register or park car without license plate/registration. Carla *** cc many people in email, but nobody help me. I talk to Brandon and Jose ***, but they no help me. I ask Jose for email chain or name of person he talk to, but he no give me. It been 4 months since I buy car and I no have title. I call Lloyd on Jan 16th 2021, but nobody call me back. I am deployed overseas and it hard for me to talk to anyone. I leave voicemail, but nobody call me back.
