sales order 1022429821 sale date 05/07/26. Special order. My wife and I both sat in the love seat. It had lumbar support gravity and head rest positions. Because we are both older we liked the no gravity position. (meaning that are feet would be higher than our heads. Because we wanted to choose fabric and color we had to put up front $825, that was non-refundable. Approximate delivery was 2 months. We moved to new residence and had no other love seat. It was delivered at the end of June. The next day I said to my wife and she agreed that the love seat had only two functions. Head rest and footrest. We both agreed that they sent us the wrong model. Contacted Travis at McMurray store. He got back to us and said that was what was special ordered and he would not exchange it for the correct loveseat that we ordered.
