I purchased a couch from Levin just two years ago, and the cushions are already in terrible shape. During the sales process, I specifically emphasized how important cushion durability was to me, and I was assured that this would not be an issue. Unfortunately, those assurances now feel like empty promises made just to close a sale.
When I reached out about warranty coverage, Levin’s customer service showed no willingness to stand behind the product. Whether they are the manufacturer or not, a company should take responsibility for what they sell. Instead, I feel misled and unsupported.
It’s incredibly frustrating to invest in furniture with the expectation of quality and reliability, only to be left with a couch that looks worn out after such a short time. Levin has not honored the trust I placed in them, and I cannot recommend them to anyone seeking long-lasting furniture or honest customer service. I will not be looking to purchase anything from Levin in the future.
Recommendation: Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere — Levin does not stand behind their products or their customers.
