DressFirst DressFirst Disappointment: Incorrect Size and Color, No Refund Policy

I gotta say, DressFirst really let me down. I did everything they said to do when measuring myself for a dress, but when I got my chocolate brown satin dress in the mail, it was way too small! And to make matters worse, it wasn't even the same color as the one I saw on their website. I was so disappointed. When I tried to get a refund, they wouldn't even consider it. I'm really upset that I wasted my money on this dress and this company. I would definitely not recommend doing business with them.

DressFirst DressFirst Review: Total Disaster - Save Yourself the Hassle and Shop Elsewhere

I gotta say, DressFirst ain't all that great. I ordered a dress online and when it arrived, it was a total disaster. The dress I got looked nothing like the one I saw on their website. It was like they sent me a completely different dress altogether! And don't even get me started on the size. I ordered my usual size, but the dress I got was way too small. Like, I couldn't even get it over my head small. And the smell! Oh my goodness, it was like they sprayed it with some kind of chemical or something. It was so bad that I had to air it out for a few days before I could even think about wearing it.

But the worst part of all was trying to deal with their customer service. They were so unhelpful and rude. I tried to return the dress, but they kept giving me the runaround. And their return policy? Ha! Don't even bother. They say they'll give you your money back, but that's a total lie. I never got a dime back from them.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend DressFirst to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and shop somewhere else.

DressFirst Slow and Frustrating Service: My Experience with DressFirst

I gotta say, I had some doubts about DressFirst when I ordered my dress. And boy, was I right to be worried! I mean, I'm still trying to return the darn thing and it's been two whole weeks since I first contacted them. Talk about slow service, am I right?

And don't even get me started on the whole "where do I send this thing back to" debacle. I mean, seriously, it's like they don't even want my business. I'm pretty sure they're based overseas or something, which just adds to the whole mess.

Honestly, if you're thinking about ordering from DressFirst, I'd strongly suggest you think again. There are plenty of other places to shop for dresses, like David's Bridal or even somewhere local. Trust me, you'll save yourself a whole lot of hassle in the long run.

DressFirst Stay Away from DressFirst: My Disappointing Experience with Their Dresses

I gotta say, DressFirst is not the place to go if you're looking for a good dress. I made the mistake of ordering from them and boy was I disappointed. First off, it took them a whopping 33 days to even get the dress to me. By that time, the event I needed it for had already passed. But that's not even the worst part. When I finally got the dress, it was four sizes too small and looked nothing like the picture. It was like they took a picture of a beautiful dress and then made a cheap knockoff version of it. And the quality? Don't even get me started. It was like a rag. I paid 51 pounds for this complete rip off and I am absolutely fuming. I should have just waited for the real company to restock the dress I wanted. Don't make the same mistake I did, folks. Stay far away from DressFirst.

DressFirst DressFirst Review: Overpriced, Low-Quality Dresses with Poor Customer Service

So, I gotta say, DressFirst ain't exactly my cup of tea. My mom ordered a dress from them for a pretty penny - $160, to be exact - and it was a total disaster. First off, the color was way off. They advertised it as fuchsia, but it was more like a neon pink. Not exactly what we were going for. And the material? Yikes. It was like they used the cheapest, scratchiest fabric they could find. Not exactly what you want in a dress you're dropping serious cash on.

DressFirst Warning: Do Not Order from DressFirst - Terrible Experience

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to order some dresses for my wedding from DressFirst. I mean, the website looked legit and the prices were pretty reasonable. So, I went ahead and ordered three dresses for my girls almost a month ago. I was stoked when the payment went through the next day and the money left my bank account. But, that's where the excitement ended.

Since then, I haven't heard a peep from DressFirst. No shipping confirmation, no updates, nothing. I've sent five emails and haven't gotten a single response. I mean, what gives? I'm starting to think I got scammed. I've even requested my money back and still nothing.

DressFirst Disappointing Experience with DressFirst: Misleading Product and Poor Customer Service

I recently made a purchase from DressFirst for my daughter's wedding and unfortunately, my experience was not a pleasant one. The dress arrived in a small plastic bag and was completely different from what was pictured on the website. It was also much smaller than expected, with the bottom half of the dress being several sizes smaller than the top. To make matters worse, the dress had a terrible odor that was difficult to ignore.

I have been trying to return the dress, but have been met with nothing but frustration and confusion. The customer service team has been unhelpful and I have not been able to get a clear answer on how to proceed with the return process. As a result, I have decided to dispute the charge on my American Express card.

So, I was thinking about buying a dress from DressFirst, but I had some concerns about their return policy. I decided to reach out to their customer service team to get some clarification. I asked them what would happen if I didn't like the fit or color of the dress I received. Their response was pretty straightforward - I could return it according to their return policy. But then they added something that really rubbed me the wrong way. DressFirst DressFirst Review: Poor Quality Products and Terrible Customer Service

This company is a complete disaster! I recently purchased a dress from DressFirst and was extremely disappointed with the quality of the product. The buttons and gems were falling off the dress and the cut of the dress was not as advertised. It did not sit right at the hips and looked completely different from the pictures on their website.

When I contacted their customer service to return the dress, they denied my request for a full refund. Instead, they offered me a measly 15% refund. I explained to them that the dress was not as expected and that I wanted a full refund. They then offered me a 25% refund, but still refused to let me return the dress.

It is frustrating that they are not understanding my situation and are denying me the refund that I deserve. Their customer service is terrible and their policies are even worse. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will never purchase from them again.

Overall, DressFirst is a complete disappointment and I regret ever purchasing from them. Their poor quality products and terrible customer service have left me with a bad taste in my mouth. I hope that others will learn from my mistake and avoid this company at all costs.
