The return policy that is posted on their website is not what they actually honor. My sister ordered a custom made dress for my wedding and it was terrible. She paid extra for the custom fit and besides the poor quality, they were at least 3 inches off on all their measurements. When she tried to return it, they accused her of lying! She was professionally measured, by the way.

Their response when she asked for a return, just one day after receiving the dress, was to take it to a tailor. No way! There is no phone number to call or speak live to anyone. The quality of the dress was poor and nothing like the picture.
