Be careful ordering glasses from these people. I ordered some sunglasses from them, but they were back ordered for over a month. They don't let you know that until after they process your credit card. This is a very shady business practice and I've never experienced this with another online vendor. They have the decency to let you know that an item back ordered and won't process it or even give you a chance to not continue with the credit card processing. LensesRX just takes your money first and then tells you later that they don't have it. Then you have to wait a long time for your refund. How dare they do that? I will file a complaint with the Bettter Business Bureau and whatever other consumer rights organization about their shady practices. When I talked to a supervisor there, she just said that she's sorry and that's how they process orders. I asked to speak to someone above her and she said there was no one. I asked for a name and she said she didn't have a name. VERY SHADY...KEEP AWAY!
