They didn't fix my car on the scheduled day, and then they wanted to keep it for the whole weekend
They didn't fix my car on the scheduled day, and then they wanted to keep it for the whole weekend. The repairs weren't finished as promised, and my car still wasn't fixed. They even charged me for two hours of diagnostics. When they gave me back my car, they forgot to plug in the oil pressure switch that they had unplugged during the diagnostics. All I needed was new plugs, wires, and an oil pressure switch. They failed to fix my car even after having it for 48 hours. I'm really disappointed with how they treated me and the service I received.
