Greeley Automotive Service

Customer service was terrible. The owner came out yelling at my brother because he mentioned that my mom's car wasn't fixed properly and there's always a new issue when it comes back. My mom has taken her car back and forth to the shop at least four times in the last two months, and each time they've had it for a week or even longer. They don't seem to know what they're doing, and I'm not sure if they have professional help. They actually asked my mom to pick up her car and drive it until something breaks, and then they'll fix it. They're really unprofessional and keep trying to charge my mom for things she didn't cause. They claim to run diagnostics on the car, but every time something else is wrong, they say they didn't notice it before. They're just really unprofessional and slow.
