Had my Lenovo laptop for about 10 months when it just died on me. Sent it to them to repair it. First, they told me that their warranty wouldn't cover it because I bought it from a third party. Ok fine. Then they claimed the problem was actually caused by a third party SSD card. Felt like this was all b.s., but didn't have a way to prove it otherwise. Total charge for the repair was almost the same as what I paid for the laptop. Took them almost a month to repair it. Just got it back, and what do you know, it doesn't work. Tech support says it no longer has an operating system, because the operating system was actually installed by the third party. So basically they charged me all that money to send me back a laptop that I can't even use. Will never have anything to do with Lenovo ever again.

Recommendation: Stay far away from Lenovo.
