I bought and item, I found it underwhelming, contacted them about a return no less than TEN TIMES, kept getting placation responses, the run around if you will. Finally after over a month, and after contacting my credit card company about a chargeback, I finally received a return label. Hands down the amount of time I spent dealing with them, the lack of any real apology in any form, and the associated aggravation dealing with this company, I will assuredly never make a real purchase from them again. They are a dead brand to me now.

Recommendation: Avoid this company if you are on the fence about your purchase
