Lennar Mortgage

Our lennar sales rep said to us, hurry get your application in and pay the deposit because many others were interested in the same home. The sales rep knew we had to sell our current home first since we do not have the large downpayment and cannot own 2 homes at the same time. So we withdrew from buying this lennar home but then Lennar Mortgage ignored us when it comes to getting our deposit back. There is a class action lawsuit against Lennar for Deposit Fraud so many other people have been affected by this. This is a billion dollar company who has no scruples and is disrespectful towards their customers. We are a Disabled Military Combat Veteran and this has stressed us out a lot. We contacted the Office of the Governor of Florida and will now contact our State Senators and House Rep in our district. We are going to contact the Veterans Administration to have Lennar removed from offering Veterans home loans too.
