Lunde Auto Sales

Me and my fiancée purchased a vehicle from Lunde Auto Sales in Fargo, ND on January 10th 2022. The salesperson was nice and helpful. Initially, we were pleased with our purchase, but it quickly became problematic. The water pump and thermostat failed within 10 days. I had to handle the repairs and cover the costs. When I contacted the dealership, their response was dismissive. Despite fixing the issues, I've been unable to use the vehicle for over a month because the dealership has not processed the necessary paperwork with the state. State law requires this to be done within 10 days, but it's been 40. After complaining, they suggested I handle the title and registration myself, despite having paid them for these services. This is unacceptable as I am stuck with a truck I am unable to legally drive.

At first, I was like, "uhh, I don't know about this place" (you know how it is with car dealers). Four other spots said no way to my loan, but Lunde Auto Sales hooked me up with a sweet F150 and we're stoked about it!

Bought truck on 6/17. One of their workers crashed truck on July 4th weekend. Did 9000.00 worth of damage. Still no truck or money back. Don't do biz with them.

Bought car 3 months ago for $7000. They said only bushings bad. No 30 day back. Now spent $5000 on new stuff like radiator, hoses, thermostat, head gaskets, heater core, axels and mounts. Spent too much money, now behind on bills and kids stuff.

This place is a joke, don't even bother starting with them. They sold me a car that I can't even drive. I've put in 4 transmissions, a motor, and a bunch of other work. I tried to get out of the loan two days after signing papers, but they said I couldn't. They promised to fix it, but I'm still waiting for them to make it right. This car is now just a yard ornament and it's very unsafe. I won't let my children in it. I wouldn't recommend these people to anyone.
