I bought a Lee Jeans from Ross. When I first wore the jeans, the jeans was broken due to sewed with thread in on side only. Ross refused to refund due to the purchase date was over one month.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
I have a closet full of these jeans from other years. Recently, I lost weight and decided to replace them. The 98/2 jeans have disappeared to be replaced by a multi fabric jean with much less cotton. What a shame. I loved the originals! Yesterday ordered 3 pair of Gloria Vanderbuilt, 98/2 or 98/1 straight leg Amanda jeans.

i purchased lee jeans 8-9 months back.and thing is that one of my jeans quality was not good or upto the mark and colour fade problem please resolve this issue as soon as possible..i purchase 8 jeans from this store at a time
We seem to be having a problem with pocket pulling a 3 corner tear at the top of pocket. person wearing them does not even have a noticeable bum so I do not think it is from stress. There is a noticeable tear in the cloth . These are Christmas jeans so not that old. Thanks for your time to hear from soon.
I have 3 pair of Lee jeans that the dye keeps rubbing off. It's nearly ruined my car seat. No more dark Lee's!
I bought a lee jeans from Lee Exclusive Showroom, Kota(Rajasthan) in month of January 2011 but when i wore it, it's colour is going off and my socks n shoes spoiled due to its stain...i want to get it exchange/refund and check your product's quality pls
