LeafFilter Gutter Protection review: Roof damage caused by improper installation of Leaf Filter

My Leaf Filter case number is ATL 14430
For over two months, I have been attempting to have repairs made to my home due to the improper installation of Leaf Filter bank in 2021. They install the lip of the Leaf Filter product in front of the roofs, drip edge as opposed to tucking it under it. Now there’s a rough damage to the decking on my roof all the way around my house. My Roofing company and myself have been attempting to get Leaf Filter to come out and work with us to get this back in April Leaf Filter sent out a representative who confirmed verbally that the damage was a result of improper installation. That particular individual did not give me any written confirmation of this. Just verbally. Leaf Filter is probably the hardest company I’ve ever had to deal with. I’ve called repeatedly to their service department, and they have given me the complete runaround. Do not recommend a product until this gets resolved.
