Around 8 years ago after my husband passed away I knew that I would not be able to clean my gutters out on my own, so I called Leaf Filter. I did not know what something like this would cost and I guess I was foolish enough to settle on the price the representative came here and gave me. It wasn't long at all until rain started pouring through the gutter. I had to put metal cans underneath to hold all the water or else my plants would come up by the roots from all the dirt washed away. I had people come here 4 or 5 times over the 8 years but nothing worked. Recently I just got tired of filling up the metal cans and having to take buckets of water out since I am not strong enough to empty the metal cans by myself. I called and was informed there is now a $95 charge for someone to come here and check it out. The last time they came here they changed things around a little bit and it didn't work at all. I am almost 80 years old and will have to either get new gutter protection or keep emptying the water. I was told when I paid it was a lifetime guarantee but found out in the last year they have started charging to check it. If they didn't fix it the last time what guarantee do I have they will this time after paying almost $100? The woman I spoke to was very sarcastic when I said I wasn't willing to pay. I wish I had never bought this mess. Check elsewhere because there is surely something better out there.

Desired outcome: I think they should fix something that is not my fault without my having to pay $95
