Laser Clinics Australia [LCA] unethical behavior

I am very frustrated that things like this occur.
I'm talking about your Burwood (New South Wales) location I visited last Friday.
I needed some help and asked several questions, I didn't feel well that day. The staff was rude to me and seemed to be very inattentive. They cared nothing. When I turned around I could hear they were discussing me and the way I looked and laughing at me. I asked what was so funny, they said nothing.
At least it's unprofessional, at worst it's something your employees can't afford to do. A treatment like this is absolutely inappropriate. People like this should be fired.
It's a professional place, it's serious. It's not a school. Your staff has no right to behave this way.
