I've been usin' Lancome.ca for 40 years now, and I gotta say, it ain't doin' nothin' for my wrinkles. Don't waste your cash on this stuff, folks.

Lancome.ca ain't all that great, to be honest. I ordered something and they didn't even ship it to me! Can you believe that? And to make matters worse, the thing I ordered wasn't even in stock, but they still let me place the order and charged my card. What a rip-off! I'm really disappointed and won't be doing business with them again.

Last autumn, I got an order from Lancome.ca, and the perfume sample that came with it was broken during shipping. When I contacted them about it, they told me to return the whole thing, and they wouldn't give me the full price back because of the broken perfume. My experience with Lancome Paris Canada was absolutely terrible.

First off, they gave me the wrong customer service number when I called. They gave me the US number instead of the Canadian one. When I finally got the right number, I was put on hold for what felt like forever.

Secondly, when I finally got through to someone, it was a relay agent who only spoke French. I don't speak French, so it was really frustrating trying to communicate with them. Eventually, I was able to speak to someone who spoke English, but it took a lot of patience and waiting.

Thirdly, I ordered a product that was supposed to come with a promotion, but when I received my order, the promotion product was out of stock. I was really disappointed because it was still being advertised on their website. I asked for a refund, but they told me I had to pay for my own shipping and they could only offer me a 10% discount on my next purchase. It was not acceptable to me at all.

Overall, I was extremely disappointed with my experience with Lancome Paris Canada. If it wasn't for my mom asking me to buy something for her, I wouldn't even bother trying to buy anything from them again. It's really frustrating when companies don't deliver on their promises and don't make things right for their customers.
