La Quinta Inns & Suitesstay

To whom it may concern, I am writing in regards to my stay at La Quinta Inn & Suites, in Jupiter Fla on October 17, 2018 thru October 21, 2018. From the first day until checkout, and NOTHING was done about it. We arrived about 10pm on the 17th. When we entered the room and the floor was filthy (pictures included). It had not been vacuumed. I went downstairs told them about the floor, and then they swapped my room. Got into the new room, and there were NO washcloths in the room, so again had to go to front desk. Next day when they came and cleaned our room, only replaced towels with ONE set. I again went to front desk. Spoke to manager, and she was not helpful at all...but I got another set of towels. My son asked for an extra blanket, and the next day, they took the blanket. Night three, I asked for one more towel, to take a shower, because my son, whom was in town playing ball had used them, and the guy at the front desk gave me two freaking hand towels. By the way, I'm 6'4 300 lbs. I AGAIN went back to the desk and said "how am I suppose to shower with this?" He then brought a towel to my room. Lastly, on the last day, a reptile of some sort was in our bathroom (see picture). You guessed it, I went to the desk AGAIN. They came to the room and said "oh yeah, that's an iguana, we'll take care of it". They never did. I never write these complaints, but it was almost as if I was being pranked during my stay. No one should have to pay what I paid for the stay I had. I was skeptical of staying there because I know how
La Quintas are back home, but I got what I paid for. Never again.
