KY Auto Mart

I bought a 2010 GMC Acadia SUV from KY Auto Mart, LLC. I gave them 3900.00 cash upfront and made two payments of 300.00. However, in the third month, my mom, niece, and I were driving on a busy highway when the car suddenly stopped working, almost causing a fatal accident. When I spoke with the seller, she demanded that I have the car towed back to them. I paid twice to have it towed to garages, but the car is not an easy fix and could cost thousands of dollars to repair. They never offered me another car or any compensation. All my money is gone.

I got the minivan on 4/26. Paid $3375. They said the doors would work after resetting the whole vehicle because it hadn't had a battery in a while. They said the engine was replaced, with 140,000miles. But it was a lie. It was never replaced. They also said the front tire needed replaced (it had a nail in it) but the rest of the tires were in amazing condition. After buying the minivan I went straight to Johnny's Discount Tires. All 4 tires were dry rot and needed replaced, which cost me $400. Within two hours of buying the vehicle my door rear door fell off the hinges completely and ruined the side of the van. I had to have it towed to a mechanic. It's going to cost $800 because neither door works. It needs a new wheel barring. These people let me leave with my children knowing it was dangerous. She said after the fact that their mechanic NEVER checked the car. But I was told different when I bought it. I have reached out to a lawyer because they don't answer me back.
