I got a new Ford F150 from Knox Ford on 11/03
I got a new Ford F150 from Knox Ford on 11/03. They charged me $229 for a theft warranty that they didn't tell me about. They also tried to sell me an extended warranty for $2770, but I said no and called to decline it the next day. I asked for my money back, but I still haven't received it as of today, 12/29. They sent a check to my bank, but it got cancelled or reversed back to Knox. I've been waiting for 8 weeks now, and I want my money back like Mr. Mizzell, the general manager, promised. Thank you.

I got my car fixed at Knox Ford on May 12th
I got my car fixed at Knox Ford on May 12th. They fixed the AC compressor and some other parts, as well as an inner left tie rod end. But then, just three days later, the AC hose broke and my AC stopped working again. The folks in the service department said it was a bad part that Ford had sent them, so they fixed it for free. But then, on May 25th, my AC stopped working AGAIN. When I called the service department, they told me I had to talk to the general manager before they could fix it again. I asked why, but the guy on the phone didn't know. So now I'm just waiting around for them to decide whether or not they're going to fix my car. It's frustrating because they didn't fix it right the first two times, even though it was under warranty.
