I went to get my front tyres replaced, they jacked my van up by both sides simultaneously using points several inches away from the lifting points. They damaged the sills badly on both sides at the front, possibly causing major structural damage They then tried to blame me for the damage saying 'it was like that already' whilst the van was still jacked up by the wrong points in the shop. The attached photos are from a few weeks later. My father was seriously ill, and is now dead so I haven't had time or the desire to take this complaint on. I am now strong enough to get very angry.

Claimed loss: Damage which has reduced the value of my vehicle maybe 1000 pounds. I no longer trust kwikfit and am writing this at 1:30 am with my father's funeral 2 days away.

Desired outcome: Firing of both employees involved, company prosecuting them if possible for malicious damage and my emotional stress.
