Kucht Professional review: Ghosted after being offered the position

I interviewed, went in for a "trial", and was offered the job by Luciana. I put in my two weeks' notice at my previous job (which she knew I was doing) and was excited to start this new position. After the two-week period was up, I noticed that she hadn't answered my previous message about my start date. After countless attempts of sending texts, calling, and still receiving no response, I messaged her personal phone. She claimed she would call me the next day and failed to do that. I was left without a job and very confused. I am writing this to warn others who may end up working here to make sure you 100% have the job before leaving your prior commitments. I would have never left my job if I knew she wasn't actually going to hire me. Whatever the circumstances were, there was no reason for her not to have reached out to me to let me know. This company is extremely unprofessional, and I experienced something that was so unnecessary and completely avoidable. The lack of communication is ridiculous and embarrassing.
