Kucht Professional

We have a brand new, never used Kucht refrigerator. It’s will turn on, start up, lights working for about 30 minutes and then shuts down. The freezer does not start or get cold. Called “tech support” and got no help. Said they would call back because they did not know and never did. Texted me all day to “stand by” and “I will call before the end of the work day.” Asked for me to send a video. Nothing. It’s Labor Day weekend and we have no fridge in our new home. Couldn’t get warranty info either.
