Krystal review: The heat in the store and the handicapped toilet

Our senior group goes to the Krystal in Cumming Ga daily for breakfast. For several days it has been cold in there. This morning (11-1-2023) it was 52 degrees. We looked at the thermostat and it was set on 70 and Auto. The temp in the ofc showed 60 (becasue the door to the ofc was closed and the ofc equip was in there). The District Mgr, Penny said she has called about this (she wasn't there today). They had 2 portable heaters in the dining room but it didn't help unless you sat in front of them. Also just to mention, the handicapped toilet has been out of order for a week. I am partially handicapped, and I do need the grab bars. THIS NEEDS TO BE FIXED! Please have someone come out and fix these issues. I don't know if the heat is a thermostat or furnace problem, but with temps going in the 30's we need heat.
