Krystal review: Service / Tarrant AL location

I pulled to the drive thru/sat ten minutes. No one answered. The line continued to grow out of the parking lot. A few cars drove off. I seen some people walk in and out and they never answered the speaker. The screen wasn't lit so I finally drove around so I could inquire what was going on or if it was broken? Then I had the lady working the drive thru walk up to the window "I had you waiting for a reason," "I'm working all of these stations and I had you on hold for a reason." "I told her no one spoke to me at all or came over the speaker asking me to wait. She was so disrespectful and ugly that I told her I was reporting her and I refuse to ever go back. I spend quite a bit of money at this store and I won't anymore. This was on 1/06/22 at 12:22 PM. There was 1 car in front of me that she was servicing. Cars got tired of waiting and drove off. This is why most of the business there is run off.
