02/11/20 same experience as last week, went in there on referenced date at 11:45AM, waited 10 minutes to place order, young girls working there talking, laughing BUT NOT TAKING my order.No one else in line wondering if they do not deliberately want to serve me or if this is normal for this place.
Walked out same as last week.
Krystal - Manager stated the krystal location was closed
I recently visited the krystal on Norman bridge road in Montgomery Alabama. At 5:45am I drove up to the drive thru. I was informed by the employee of Krystal's that "They were not open yet". I left the parking lot angry. I drove about a half of a mile and Google the time the Krystal's opened. To my surprise they are open 24 hours. So either the store hours are wrong online or she did not want to serve me. If they are open 24 hours the young lady should be ashamed to lie to customers. I wondered if there had been other cars behind me would she have told them the same thing. I come to the location all different times of day and night. I was never told it was closed.
