Krystal review: Incorrect order and missing food
I ordered online from the Krystal app to pick up my food from the location in Brandon, Ms... when I got home I noticed that not only did I have an incorrect order but I had over 20 dollars worth of food missing... I tried to contact the store for help but all I got was an automated voicemail... I went back to the app to see if I could contact someone through there and it redirected me to a form that would even pull up! I am extremely upset because I even called the toll-free number for customer service and it kept hanging up on me!
Claimed loss: My total of the order was $44.62
Desired outcome: Refund of at half
