Krystal review: Found hair and dirt on one of my Krystal's as if it had been dropped on the floor

I went to Krystal's restaurant on March 27 2024 at 8:46pm 1100 smithville hwy McMinnville tn 37110. I ordered 24 Krystal's my order number was 547. I got home and me and my family sat down to eat and my child bit into a Krystal's burger and a long hair was in the burger I took the Krystal apart and it had dirt specks and hair as if it had been dropped on the floor we refuse to eat the rest I tried getting a refund and never heard back from anyone over a week now so I'm contacting you over it I want a refund
