Krystal review: Drive thru service

The receipt says the cashier name was Morrissa and the host name was Katelyn This is my 5TH time going to this location. THEY were very very very rude the line was slow all the orders got messed up THEY TRIED TO GIVE ME SOMEONE ELSE'S ORDER. Then when I get my order the food was cold and nasty looking... I will never visit this location again their phone number is [protected]. This location need new management and a new staff.
