Visited Columbia Tn store today (6/12/22) ordered 12 sackful Krystal's and 2 chocolate milkshakes. Paid for and when the food finally came to window I was told they were out of chocolate syrup. I requested a reimbursement for the shakes, after waiting 10 minutes my food began to get cold and soggy. When I asked what was taking so long the manager smarted off at me. And then claimed "I am new at this"

Desired outcome: Improve training of employees and management so they can handle simple problems such as a re-fund or at least recognize that they were out of a product before selling it. Tell employees to keep their attitude to themselves.
