Krystal review: Construction problem

I am a resident of Huntsville, Al. I have noticed over 3 or more months that your Krystal's on 1024 N. Memorial Parkway has a lot of pot holes starting by the drive thru. I went there the past 2 days. The first night, I had to sit in the drive thru for over 5 minutes without being acknowledged. I just drove off. And I drove off, I went over to the side to maneuver around the 1 car that was at the drive thru window. My new truck I have only had over a year, back tire went into the pot hole really hard. I then was going off of your property, the exit way has a really big pot hole there also. Y'all need to do better by taking car of your property before someone car is damaged. I will be sending this email to BBB to contact you about your lazy up keep of your property. And also, look like someone had run into the oning over the drive thru, that is hanging down and about to fall on some customers vehicle. Slum lords. Do better.
