I used Taxfinders for a tax problem that came out of nowhere. They did a great job doing what they said they would do in less time than they said it would take. Taxfinders fixed the tax problem with the IRS for way less than what the IRS wanted. I suggest using Taxfinders for any tax needs you got.

I hired TaxFinders in July to help with my taxes. I gave them $500 as a deposit for my $2000 agreement. But they didn't keep their end of the deal. They didn't give me a new agent after my original one left, and they didn't tell me about missed deadlines. They didn't communicate with me for weeks, and my wife's check got garnished. I had to hire another agency to show that my case wasn't closed. In November , my agent got Covid and was removed from Taxfinders. I paid in full in December . On December 22, my agent's daughter told me that my agent had been in the hospital for over a month with Covid. On December 23, *** said he was now on my case and apologized for the lack of communication. On February 17, 2022, *** said my agent would no longer be on the case and I would have to start over. They didn't tell me about any deadlines or that I would have to represent myself. On March 18, 2022, it was confirmed that my agent was told to stop working on my file at the end of 2021. They are in a legal battle with ***, and several people have filed complaints with the attorney general in ***.

We had some tax issues that we ain't proud of but needed help getting them fixed. The owner of this company found our info through tax filings with the IRS so he contacted us through my cell phone number which I have no idea how he got it? He left me several voicemails claiming he can fix our problem. I felt I needed to at least listen to him so I called him back. He has me convinced that on the ACTUAL day I called him was the absolute last day I could file some papers with the IRS to stop them from putting a lien on our home. I felt I had no other choice than to use his services. We filled out the forms and scrambled to find $2500 to send him right away but we got it done. He got his money and then the nightmare began... Not only was his claim untrue it didn't take me ling to realize this guy has no idea what he is doing? I told him I wasn't a fan of the guy he assigned to our file and I wanted him to personally oversee our information. Well that not only didn't happen his "Employee" who was rude and judged us continue to work the file. We did everything they asked. Got them everything they needed. Then Covid hit and not only have we not heard from him we agreed that he was not truthful and just wanted out money. His services provided a full money back guarantee is why we initially felt comfortable signing up so we advised him we weren't happy with his claims that were false and we didn't have an extra $2500 for someone like him to just take without providing the services he guaranteed he would provide. He got so mad that he then "claimed" because we didn't get some form back to him in a timely matter that he was forced to cancel our agreement. So because we wanted our money back guarantee he falsely claimed he had to 'let us go'. So I have filled a complaint with my credit card company and he is fighting them saying it's our fault for not returning something we didn't know we hadn't done and he was legally allowed to cancel us as clients. Still unsure he thinks he needs paid for services not rendered? I Googled him and found another complaint as well I just wished I would have had my guard up when I called but he preyed I believe on our situation and took advantage, and lied to us.
