i was waitin for knight restorations to come give me a quote but they never showed up or called. i had to change my whole day for this and now they are nowhere to be found. if this is how they act before they even get hired, i can only imagine how bad it would be if i actually hired them. not a good look.

Hird Jeff to get new siding put on my house and cover all my trim with metal sheeting. Had 2 other estimates from local companies, but they couldnt get the siding i wanted for 8 weeks out. Jeff said he could get it and trim whole house out with in 3 to 5 weeks. Plus his price was great about 500.00 cheaper plus doing my garage door frame and soffit under old siding, Plus a 30 year warranty on my siding, which was better siding then other companies offered. He wrote down every thing i wanted done on our contract to make sure it would all get done when job was started. They started about 5 weeks after which i was happy. Took a little longer to get it done with the whole world short on help and supplies, but i would rather them take their time and do it right, then as to hurry an do a sloppy job. Job is done house looks new all my neighbors stopped an gave us a bunch of compliments. I even changed my mind a couple times as they was working here, so i called Jeff he come out and stopped the crew, to redo some things i wanted one different, That was great > Thanks Jeff GREAT JOB! Knight Restorations, LLC was hired by me and my boyfriend on December 30th, to put gutters on our crib. We signed a contract with Mr. and gave him a deposit. Later, we decided to hire Mr. company to put our roof on too. They were supposed to put on the roof and then his cutter guy was to follow up right behind them. The roof crew showed up and started on January 13th and didn't finish until January 15th. Then his cutter crew was supposed to come in right behind them. At the end of the roof job, we paid Mr. for the roof and the rest of the money owed on the new gutters. Since then, we have only heard from Mr. twice, and that's when we called and informed him we wanted a full refund and would take legal action if needed to retrieve it. He came up with excuses of being out of town all the time (I guess his cell phone only works locally). So I informed Mr. he had till 5 P.M. today (01/07/22) to refund us our money, or we were filing a complaint and suing him for it. We would leave our experiences with him and his company on here and anywhere else that we can. As you can guess, we have not received a refund. If you research this company, you see it is a pattern with them. Avoid any business with them!

On August 29, me and my wife signed a contract with *** from Knight Restorations, XXXXX ***. The contract was for house siding replacement and the total cost was $2400.00. Mr. asked for half of the payment ($1200.00) upfront because he needed to order materials from another company. We gave him a check for $1200.00 (check#2852) and he promised to start the work in early October . Since then, my wife has called Mr. several times to ask for an update, but he never answered. We also called the business (XXX) XXX-XXXX and his cell phone (XXX) XXX-XXXX, but only got voicemail. Today (November 5) we still haven't heard from Mr. or anyone from his company. I called today (11/5) at 7a and 9a asking for Mr. to call, and if he didn't I would pursue litigation against his company. At this point, we want a full refund for services not rendered.

I signed a contract with Knight Restorations, LLC on January 24, 2022 for gutter removal and installation. The contract included repairing damaged soffit and installing gutter guards. The owner, ***, came to my home and quoted me $2,550 for the job. I gave a down payment of $765. After waiting almost 3 months, I contacted the company on April 20, 2022 to check on the status. They said the work would start on April 22 and asked if I had facias. I sent photos but never heard back. I called again on May 3 and was told the crew would come on May 4. However, they said they couldn't do the job because of my metal roof and that the entire facia needed to be replaced. They also said a lift was necessary. I contacted *** and he said he would get back to me about the extra cost, but I never heard back. I asked for my deposit back and received a check, but it bounced due to insufficient funds. I want a certified bank check for $765.
